Receipt and Confirmation

You will receive an email receipt. We will receive a copy with your name and email address. We will use your email address to reconcile payment with your camper's registration. If your surname differs from the camper name, or if you are registering more than one child, please email us with the name of the camper to help us identify to whom the payment should be applied.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made prior to July 1: all payments returned except $150 deposit.

Cancellations made after July 1: no refund unless a replacement camper is found, and then all payments returned except $150 deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. Refunds are not made in the event a camper is dismissed from camp for conduct reasons, for voluntary withdrawal during camp or for no-shows without prior notice.

Payment Instructions

The Camp Fee is $725 and balance will be due by July 1, 2020.  You may make payments up to that date, but all balances are due in full no later than July 1, 2020. A $150 deposit will reserve your spot and confirm your registration.
